All rights relating to the material, including the book, the photographs contained therein and the works depicted are the exclusive property of Dalila Belato. The copyright on the material is extended, also by virtue of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works of 9 September 1986 and the Universal Geneva Convention on Copyright of 6 September 1952 and subsequent additions. The works are also protected by international design, as is the name Dalila Belato by an international trademark.

Anyone is prohibited from using the images of the works outside the context of the book, or refer to the name Dalila Belato or the works registered to her without the prior consent of the artist. Any violation will be prosecuted.
